Meeting at the port of Monopoli and departure by boat to start an unforgettable experience in an amazing but real world.
The participants will experience a charming, brand new view of the territory from the sea. Along the coast, from Monopoli to Polignano a Mare, they will admire the beautiful bays and coves with their most spectacular sea caves, including the well-known Grotta Palazzese and the amazing Lama Monachile.
We will stop to admire the fishermen who go fishing with their “gozzi” (typical small boats), to see dolphins diving into the deep blue water (if we are lucky). We will be surprised by the storytelling of the fishermen, who will tell us about the history and traditions of the seafaring people.
Between a dive into the "blu dipinto di blu", snorkeling and a lot of fun, a rich appetizer will be served on board to delight and leave us unforgettable memories of the beautiful Polignano a Mare.
In June, July and August, the experience is made in two different timings:
- Morning from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm
- Afternoon from 04:00 pm to 08:00 pm

A rich appetizer with unique and unequivocal flavours will await you in Monopoli on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea along the ancient walls of the town. You will enjoy a tasting of 4 fine Apulian types of wine. A sommelier will give you a sensorial analysis for each wine. They will be combined in harmony with the Apulian specialties including: baskets of buckwheat, onion and classic “taralli”, entirely made with extra virgin olive oil; three types of “bruschetta” (slices of crispy bread) seasoned with red tomatoes and mint, grilled vegetables and yellow tomatoes or mozzarella and basil, local olives, nuts and dried fruit.
POLIGNANO A MARE
You will be on a terrace overlooking the sea, on ancient mills carved into the rock to enjoy unique and distinctive products. An exclusive experience to have created only for you. You will taste freshly prepared delicacies, made with quality food such as raw fish, tartare, “bruschetta” (crispy bread) seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and in various ways, served with a glass of wine with its intense flavour, as typical of Apulian wines. If you want, it is possible to have lunch or dinner in the same location.
