Visiting wine cellars in Puglia means discovering the hospitality and beauty of our territory.
Surrounded by the Trulli of Alberobello, hectares of vineyards and green hills, the cellar is a family-run business since 1795. A structure built in local stone, unique of its kind. The cellar is a reference point for wine lovers and for the passionate of beautiful landscapes of the Valle d'Itria.
The tour of flavours begins with our wine expert who will guide you visiting of the modern part of the Cellar, explaining all the stages of winemaking, starting from the harvest of the grapes from the vines to the wine storage in the barrels.
The visit continues to the ancient cellar, an underground cellar, which has always been a great attraction for visitors. Completely buried, in order to benefit from an optimal and natural temperature, it jealously stores the Slavonian oak barrels, the beating heart of the winery. The scent of the wood together with the wine will inebriate your senses and the photo memory is a must do.
We continue the path of flavours in the tasting room, full of products such as jams, liqueurs, pasta, and all typical zero-mileage products from our territory. We will taste also the wines and the delicacies of our land, such as homemade taralli, local salami, cheeses from the farm and focaccia. Depending on the season, the tasting can take place on the farmyard between the bales of hay, under the gazebo in the shade of the beech or inside the cellar.
Time to relax on the estate!
