DESCRIPTION

Once in Valle d'Itria, the heart of Puglia surrounded by trulli and ancient olive trees, we move to a resort where an expert chef specialized in cooking the typical dishes of our territory is waiting for us.

Every guest, young or old, will have a work station with pastry board, apron and rolling pin and thanks to the chef's guidance, we’ll learn how to make a great dough in an easy and fast way, to respect the processing and rest times, the techniques to realize the our traditional homemade pasta, typical of Puglia, like the "orecchiette".

Then we’ll make the dough of focaccia, cook a recipe based on vegetables and finally a second course.

After the lesson and food preparation, everyone at the table to taste the recipes prepared during the cooking class, all accompanied by an excellent Negroamaro wine produced by the vineyards of "Leonardo".
