Once you reach the Valle d'Itria, heart of Puglia surrounded by trulli and ancient olive trees, we move to a resort where an expert chef, specialized in cooking the typical local dishes, is waiting for us.
Every guest, young or old, will have a work station equipped with pastry board, apron and rolling pin. Thanks to the chef's guidance, we’ll learn how to make a great dough in an easy and fast way, respecting the processing and rising times and the necessary techniques to realize our traditional homemade pasta, for example the "orecchiette".
Then, we’ll learn also to make focaccia with a recipe based on vegetables and finally a second dish.
After the lesson and food preparation, everyone at the table to taste the recipes prepared during the cooking class, all accompanied by an excellent Negramaro wine produced by the vineyards of "Leonardo".
