DESCRIPTION

Once you reach the Masseria, we will be surrounded by the tranquility and the beauty of nature around you. During the visit, we will discover all the secrets of cheese making, visiting the dairy farm, the bakery, the breeding, the maturing cellars and the family chapel.

Spectacular is the "Mozzarella Show", during which the cheese maker show the processing of dairy products and cheeses and we will take part in the production of mozzarella, scamorza, ricotta, primosale and other cheeses typical of Valle d'Itria. The visit of the Masseria and of the production area will end with a lunch based not only of the products created during the cheese making, but especially with abundant dishes of the typical Apulian tradition.

Arrive at the Masseria, presentation of the farm, interactive visit of the cheese factory and of the breeding area.

“Mozzarella Show” and making of dairy products by the guests

Visit of the maturing cell and of the Family Chapel

Lunch with typical products cooked in Masseria
